Please fill in all boxes appropriately before submitting the order, and INCLUDE AN INVOICE PRINT OUT IN THE BOX when you return the regs to us for service.

The instructions form will also be available under the "My Downloads" tab later, but not immediately (We have to process the order on the backend first).

Oxygen Cleaning Service is an additional $20, which can be selected above, and MUST be indicated on the order invoice if you wish to have the service performed.  Please fill out the information above completely and return the invoice print out in a package that has the proper origin/return address on the outside as well.

Please include your service kits in the box, if you do not have service kits we will invoice you for the required number of kits. $29.95 per first stage kit, and $17.95 per second stage kit.

 Packages received without an invoice print out, order in the system, and/or incorrect labeling on the box, WILL delay service.
